If Ishenim is the source of the error, we will fix it free of charge and send a corrected credit report to the loan applicant and to every lender that received an inaccurate version. The same service is provided at no cost to the loan applicant if the member institution acknowledges supplying incorrect data.
Ishenim assumes no responsibility for disputes arising between debtors and member lenders concerning credit histories
