The Credit Information Bureau Ishenim believes that all enterprises providing goods or services on credit - telecommunications companies, mail-order businesses, and utilities, to name a few - should have access to the repayment histories of potential customers before opening new accounts. This data is available in the world's developed economies, and we are working with our local partners to bring legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic into compliance.
