Monitoring

This service automatically notifies the lender of all changes in the client’s credit history:

  • a new customer request has been made by another FCI;
  • another FCI  reported negative information (delinquency information) about the client;
  • a new loan was received by a client in another FCI;
  • hanges in customer personal data were communicated to other FCI.
